SONETRO / YOUR PRIVACY

privacy policy.

App: Sonetro — Offline Music Player
Google Play application ID: com.music.neo
Google Play developer: Moajjem Studio
Privacy contact: connectsonetro@gmail.com
Last updated: October 11, 2026

This Privacy Policy applies exclusively to Sonetro — Offline Music Player (application ID com.music.neo), published on Google Play by Moajjem Studio. Sonetro plays music locally and includes optional online features. Ad-supported versions use Google AdMob to display banner advertisements. The app does not send your audio files or music library to AdMob.

Data the app accesses

With your permission, the app accesses audio files and related metadata stored on your device, such as song title, artist, album, duration, file location, and embedded artwork. This access is used only to build your music library, display and play your music, search it, and perform actions you request, such as sharing, renaming, trashing, or deleting a track.

The app may request notification permission so it can display playback controls. It uses a foreground media playback service so audio can continue while the app is in the background.

Local data and use

Playlists, favorites, listening history, playback state, and app settings are stored locally in the app's private storage. They are used only to provide the app's features. The app does not upload your audio files, audio metadata, or locally stored app data to Moajjem Studio.

Backup and device transfer

Depending on your Android and Google backup settings, Android may back up or transfer the app's preferences through Google's system backup service. This process is controlled by Android and your Google account settings, not by Moajjem Studio. Audio files themselves are not included in the app's backup.

Sharing

Advertising services process data as described below. If you choose the app's share action, Android sends the selected audio file to the app or person you select. That sharing occurs only at your direction and is governed by the recipient's privacy practices.

Advertising and privacy choices

In ad-supported versions, Google Mobile Ads may collect and share IP addresses (which can indicate approximate location), device and account identifiers such as the Android advertising ID, advertising interactions, and diagnostic information for advertising, analytics, and fraud prevention. Processing depends on SDK configuration and your privacy choices. See Google’s Privacy Policy and how Google uses advertising information.

Where required, a consent message appears before ads are requested. You can reopen available choices using “Ad privacy choices” in Settings or beneath the library banner. Declining personalized advertising does not disable music playback. Advertising requires an internet connection; local music playback remains available offline. Google controls retention of data processed by its services under its policies; uninstalling Sonetro does not delete data already held by Google.

Retention and deletion

Local app data remains on your device until you change it, clear the app's storage, or uninstall the app. You can remove playlists, favorites, and history from within the app where those controls are available. You can disable Android backup or delete backed-up app data through your Google account and device settings. Track deletion or trash actions affect the audio files you select and require Android system authorization where applicable.

Security

The app relies on Android's app sandbox and permission system to protect local data. No method of storage is completely secure, and online services have their own security and retention practices.

Children

The app is not directed specifically to children and its advertising configuration is intended for a general audience.

Changes

This policy may be updated when the app's features or data practices change. The updated policy will show a new “Last updated” date.
